tonari という言葉には、自分たちだけでなく隣にも目を向けることで見えてくる、様々な気付きや問題に対して前向きに取り組んでいく想いと、プロダクトの完成度や安心感にもしっかり向き合い、いつも隣にある愛用品のようなものづくりを目指すという 2 つの想いをこめています。

TONARI is Iori’s upcycling project, born from the desire to repurpose high-quality scraps and offcuts that emerge during the manufacturing process.

The word tonari (meaning “next to” or “neighboring”) reflects our mission to create with awareness—seeing not just ourselves, but also the people, materials, and possibilities around us. Every product tells a story of care, collaboration, and creativity, aiming to bring cherished, one-of-a-kind items into your daily life.
